Natural wool felted sauna hats are designed to protect your head from the intense hat of the sauna. Wool has thermal properties to insulate your head from the cold aswel as the heat, so you can keep your hat on while you’re dipping in the cold plunge.
These hats are felted using the ancient wet felting method of rubbing wool with soap and water to create felt material. Merino wool is used for the inside layer which is soft next to your skin while a more textural middle layer helps trap cooler air for insulation. The top layer is a combination of wools creating a simple natural design. A loop enables hanging when not in use.

Gently wash in luke warm water, reshape then air dry. Hot water and vigorous washing in soapy water is the felt making method and your hat will shrink (unless you want it too)
The sauna hats are ready made but I can adjust the sizes by stretching or additional felting to make smaller. Please select the size and design at checkout
