This statement gothic moth costume headdress has a choice of plain wired antenna or the soft feathered variety, both are posable. Large sequinned eyes adorn the sides of the hat providing a perfect theatrical piece for those looking for something a little more alternative. 
 
The moth headdress was created by the ancient wet felting technique by rubbing wool with soap and water. The wool fibres mesh together becoming stronger and more stable until the material of felt is made. I have used soft Merino wool for the inside and textural raw fleece for majority of this piece.
